Remerged: Mogli x Rebirth Studios
For Berlin Fashion Week, we collaborated with artist Mogli to create unique upcycled pieces from her unsold merchandise. Our aim was to highlight the issue of textile waste beyond the traditional fashion industry and inspire artists and companies facing unsold inventory to think creatively. The collection was launched with a community event, where Mogli’s fans could get hands-on and crochet their own pieces from t-shirt yarn.

DESIGN PROCESS
Together with artist Mogli, we met several times in our Berlin studio to sketch and design. In-house, we developed the first samples: a few statement pieces for her to wear on stage, alongside community-focused items like bucket hats and cuddly toys.
MATERIAL AND PRODUCTIOn
We worked exclusively with unsold hoodies and t-shirts from Mogli’s previous merchandise collections. Some pieces were sewn in our Berlin studio, others at our partner production Made auf Veddel in Hamburg. The remaining garments were transformed during the community event.
