Returns

Rebirth studios has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from your order delivery to request a refund or exchange and ship back the product/s.

If you want to return your product(s) please send an email to order@rebirthstudios.co with your order number and reason for the return and we will send you a prepaid return label.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition  (not used, in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, accompanied by all of its accessories). Trying on a garment is not considered as being used.

The refund will be done within 30 days upon the delivery of the returned item and will not include the return shipping costs (we will discount the return shipment costs in the refund):

EU:15.00 - 20.00€ (will vary per country/size of return)
Switzerland:30€ (cost can increase depending on size of return)

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.
